What a God send your Media Recover Image Recovery
was!! I took digital pictures last summer of my mom not knowing
it would be the last time I saw her. When I tried to pull
up the pics, the data was corrupted. Talk about breaking
my heart.... then my sister saw your product. I decided it

I've had 3 issues with the last few orders I've placed, and although
they needed to be corrected, they were corrected immediately, and
to nearly no inconvenience to me at all.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again...I've never dealt
with any company, and I deal with more than I'd like daily...that
fixes problems as quickly as you do, or sends things as quickly
as you do...and the others make me pay through the roof for deliveries...you
don't even charge for delivery, yet I get my packages from you
in amazingly record time!
I just can't get over how wonderful you people are! And it doesn't
seem to matter who I get when I call or write to you either...you're
all the nicest people in the world!!! No wonder you call yourselves "Worldstart!" You
all truly amaze me, and your products are superior to any out there...never
mind at prices that even your competitors can't compete with.
When I first started getting your newsletters many years ago,
I have to admit that I really didn't believe all the hype you people
gave when describing the products you were trying to sell. But
you all proved me wrong! Dead wrong!! The products you sell are
exactly as you advertise them to be, and then some. What a team
you people are! Together you make the greatest computer products
company that I've ever dealt with...and I'm talking about the really
big guys. I even own stock with all those guys...I need to sell
their stock and buy yours A.S.A.P!! As soon as I finish this letter
to you, I'm going to go find your stock symbol and buy, buy, buy!
That is if you're listed on the stock exchange. If you're not,
you should be!
To make a long story short...sorry, I guess I already made the

apparently went out of stock at the same time I was ordering it. I emailed

I reinstalled Windows, I learned that all the photos we had taken
on our 3 week honeymoon in France were gone! I was sick! I had deleted them
from the memory cards once I had them in my computer because I
thought they were "safe" there. I then received a newsletter
about "Media Recover" and I ordered it. Let me tell you,
this is the best! I recovered 655 photos from the "empty" photo
memory cards. I may have lost a few pictures, but I recovered

I live in a remote area (population 182)

I just subscribed to your newsletter just 3 days before I received the the
one on your Media Recovery software for Digital Camera Owners. It wasn't more
perfect timing as we had just attended my nephew's baptism the day before.
Somehow when I erased the previous pictures on the card, it got corrupted and
when I went to transfer my baptism pictures to my computer, I lost 11 pictures. I
ordered the MediaRecovery software and received it in 2 days! Last night I
used the software having to format the disk to recover ALL the pictures. Although
6 were still unreadable, I recovered 5 and they were the best! I just can't
beleive the timing in the whole thing because I would have thrown the card
away otherwise. Now my card is still as good as new!
