I bought a new H/P PC about 6 months ago and it came
with McAfee pre- loaded as a virus detector. Well it didn't
protect and I had to reprogram everything after only about
2 months. I was discouraged and I saw your offer for the
Norton anti virus program You were so excited about Norton
that I decided to try it. I purchased it and programmed my
PC to scan all incoming and outgoing mail. It also performed
routine live updates. But nothing was ever noted. Suddenly
today I got a notice in bright red and big letters telling
me that I had the klez or is it klex virus and that it had
been automatically placed in quarantine. It was all done
automatically, and aleted me as soon as I turned the computer
on this morning. Followoing instructions, I have sucessfully
moved the infected message from quarantine to delete and
it is gone. I could have got that virus and it would have
really been a problem. But the Norton came through completely
automatically and saved me from being infected. Thank you
for recommending Norton and I thank the Norton people for
protecting me.
